Independent Eating: Children aged 2 - 3 years old can basically eat independently. Guide children to eat family-style meals and have three meals with family members, with two snacks in between.
Regular Meals: Develop good regular meals-eating habits. Do not watch electronic products such as mobile phones during meals. Each meal should be controlled within about 20 minutes, and no more than 30 minutes at most.
