Protein optimization:
1.2-1.5g of protein per kilogram of body weight (easily digestible proteins such as eggs, fish and shrimp).
Leucine supplementation (whey protein) to stimulate muscle synthesis.
Micronutrients:
Vitamin B12 (fortified foods): Prevent cognitive decline.
Antioxidant combination: Vitamin C + E (citrus fruits, nuts).
